Meeting the Pakistani Sales Force

On January 27th a meeting has been organized in order to meet Chemifar International’s Sales Force.
The meeting has been held in Dubai, so that all of the Sales personnel (26 people) had the possibility to take part in it.
In fact part of the Sales Force came from various Regions of Pakistan and went back after the training, whilst the 2011 best performers were already on their way for an incentive trip.

The purposes of the meeting were
1) To improve the scientific formation of the Sales Force;
2) To discuss tactical and strategic issues (pricing and positioning) agreeing on the solutions with those who are every day on the front line with Doctors and Pharmacists.

The meeting has been done in a very good interpersonal atmosphere, which helped improve the already very good relationships between the 2 Companies.

Chemifar International’s Sales Force is now even more convinced of Ginsana SA’s willingness to support them achieve demanding, common, sales goals.
