The first regional meeting for the Ginsana’s agents in the Middle East

On January 28th and 29th Ginsana organized the first Regional meeting for all Ginsana’s agents of the Gulf States in Dubai; almost 25 delegates from Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, U.A.E. and Yemen attended it and the positive results were very appreciated by both Ginsana and the local participants.

This two-days convention called  “Growing Ginsana in the Middle East a regional presence through an ad-hoc Country Based Approach” had very ambitious aims: for from one side Ginsana wanted to refresh and generally improve the overall current products’ knowledge and present the new pipeline; from the other side, the gathering represented an ideal moment for sharing best practices in terms of launch and new introductions on local markets and tighten already solid relationship between the Company and the Agents.

In particular, on the 1st day participants were trained on both marketing and scientific aspects of the Ginsana products already available in their portfolio.
The 2nd day was dedicated to the new Ginsana pipeline instead, a full fledge offer that stems from new allergies products to natural solutions for menopause and that is ready to be marketed worldwide. Last but not least, connections and interactions between participants were stimulated by a “sharing experience session”, a lively talk where everyone got the possibility to bring ideas on how to market a new Ginsana product, how to enhance best practices and learn from the worst ones, and so on.

From next year on, the spotlight will focus innovation: from the current top-down concept (Ginsana develops products and asks its agents to sell them in their countries), to a demand-driven product ideas generation (our agents will bring their respective markets needs in terms of opportunities for new products to be developed by Ginsana). This concept was proposed and very welcome by the attendees.
Last but not least, the event put the seeds to establish a strong link between the agents belonging to same Region as well as will surely lead to increase the Ginsana Core turnover and to consolidate the Ginsana presence in the Middle East.

Ginsana announced that the event will be replicated on yearly basis in a different country of the Middle East, hoping also that other agents from other countries will join the group.
